Goal Focused Therapy. I believe in short, goal-focused therapy, which is why we set goals together and hit the ground running. If you show up with an open mind and a genuine desire to change your life, I’m positive you’ll see results in just a few months.
Client Feedback. I check in periodically to hear your thoughts on the process – what’s working? What isn’t? Is there anything that you’d like to see different? We’ll work together to develop an approach that feels most effective for you.

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the capacity for human resilience. By studying the Holocaust and working with refugees and trauma survivors, I’ve heard stories that filled me with a sense of purpose and drove my passion for helping others.
